Andreea has built her executive career within renowned international companies such as JTI, General Electric, Honeywell, Cargill and Caterpillar, where she led international HR departments, developed leaders and teams, and supported complex organizational transformations.

Working with people from various cultures, Andreea understood the importance of creating space for dialogue, building trust and adapting each intervention to the realities on the ground. These lessons now form the foundation of how she works with every client.

Projects spanning cultures, industries and continents

As an HR Director, Andreea led strategic projects across diverse geographic and cultural contexts: from increasing the attractiveness and retention of a group of engineers in Japan, to due diligence and partnership integration projects in Spain; from recruiting and developing sales teams in Italy, to improving the organizational climate in a manufacturing plant in the United States.

She recruited over 1,000 employees for a newly established organization in Romania, defined the development strategy of another organization in Africa and the Middle East, repositioned the compensation strategy in Egypt and built the HR function by integrating a multicultural workforce within an organization in the United Arab Emirates.

Building organizations and transforming them at depth

Since 2021, Andreea has supported entrepreneurs across diverse industries in a variety of mandates – from helping a start-up define its organizational structure and leadership team, to complex governance and organizational transformation projects aimed at aligning human capital and organizational structure with growth objectives.

She has supported founders and CEOs in succession planning, leadership assessment and the design of performance management systems, while also providing executive coaching to enhance CEO effectiveness and board performance.

A strong foundation of education and continuous development

Andreea holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA), followed by a leadership development program for the HR function at General Electric.

Her expertise is supported by certifications and postgraduate studies in HR practices and strategy, organizational design and development (CIPD, UK), governance of international start-ups (Startup Board Academy, Switzerland) and family business governance (Cornell University, USA).

She is an active member of professional organizations such as the Society for Human Resources Management (USA) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK). She is also part of the B Leaders Switzerland network, contributing to the promotion of the sustainable B Corp business model.
